Returns and Exchange Policy

We take pride in checking all orders before they are directed to delivery/collection,therefore all Items sold on our website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless for the following :

We had sent you a wrong product.
Products are genuinely faulty before delivery.
Please contact us within 24hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange your order.
Packagings that are torn and dented will not warrant a return or exchange, hence you should always open with careful caution. 
We will only accept unused items for exchange.
All items for returns or exchange must not be opened and still in their original packaging.
Delivery charges incurred will be borne by customers when items are sent back to us.
Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.

Please note that sale & promotional items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.

No refunds/returns/exchange of a product will be allowed due to the misinterpretation or not reading of the product description or specifications by the customer. When in doubt, please Contact Us before making a purchase.
