Once the order is submitted, we will not be able to make changes to the order. If you wish to add on items, please place a new order. If you wish to change order, please request for cancellation of the previous order placed and you can then place a new order provided that the items are not shipped out.
For orders requiring door delivery, our staff will contact you via email or phone call to confirm on delivery address/date/time. For more information, please refer to our Order & Delivery.
If order is cancelled due to product being out of stock, full amount paid for the product will be refunded.

Returns and Exchange Policy
We take pride in checking all orders before they are directed to delivery, therefore all items sold on our website are not allowed to be returned or exchanged unless:
Paypal & Credit/Debit Card (Visa /Master).
Orders will only be processed and fulfilled after payment has been completed. No payment = No order.
Once the above has been received and verified, we will ship your order within 3 business days.
- We had sent you a wrong product.
- Products are genuinely faulty before delivery.
- Please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item if you wish to exchange your order.
- Packagings that ar etorn and dented will not warrant a return or exchange, hence you should always open with caution.
- We will only accept unused items for exchange.
- All items for returns or exchange must not be opened and be in their original packaging.
- Delivery charges incurred will be borne by customers when items are sent back to us.
- Original shipping and handling fees are not refundable.
- Please note that sale & promotional items are NOT returnable or exchangeable.
